EVEN THE DEVIL HAS DEMONS

Britain’s political elite take a dark, duplicitous trip and dance with their demons...

“Even The Devil Has Demons has the ability to get audiences to interrogate their own world view.” Dance Art Journal

Pumping, adrenaline-filled dance and an original techno-inspired soundtrack set the scene for either a bad trip or a bad dream. Our political leaders enter a pulsing, rave-like space and shuffle side-by-side with the demons of their past, present and future.

The private boarding schools of Britain have long been considered the training ground for political leadership, but these institutions leave a lasting mark and the damage trickles down.

Featuring a local cast of young performers, this bold new show delves into the psyche of our political leaders to try and understand how their early experiences may shape policy and affect society’s mental wellbeing.

Even The Devil Has Demons asks: Is this who we want in power? Can the young people of today lead with compassion over cruelty and bring order to chaos?
